806D:大鼠测量装置
806D大鼠仪器允许研究人员在一个易于使用的测试系统中提供肌肉特性的 "全貌"(体外、原位和体内)。
806D平台可以快速配置成包括一个25mL的浴盘,使研究人员能够评估体外的、完整的肌肉收缩(使用一个杠杆臂)。另外,这个浴盆可以被移除,用动物和肢体板代替,以测量原位收缩(用杠杆臂)或体内收缩(用脚板)。可移动的动物平台允许在定位肢体时清楚地接触到动物。
有几个安装位置可供各种适合研究者需要的肢体夹使用。该平台还可以进行温度控制,以确保体温得到调节。
相关的杠杆系统(300系列)安装在平台上,以使杠杆相对于肢体准确定位。此外,电机座包含一个精细的平移,用于设置静止张力。806D设备的设计经久耐用,采用了抗腐蚀材料和T型槽设计,以便将来扩展。
